The Children's Hospital City, located on Road 15, Ho Chi Minh City – Trung Luong Expressway (in Tan Kien Commune, Binh Chanh District, Ho Chi Minh City), officially commenced operations on the morning of January 16th. This is the largest hospital project invested and built in the southern region since 1975. The facility spans 12.47 hectares, with a capacity of 1,000 beds and a total government investment of 4,200 billion VND.

The Children's Hospital City is an architectural complex consisting of 7 functional areas, including:

  • Main Building Area: Located in the center of the land, with an area of 27,224 m², comprising two buildings with a shared basement; The auxiliary building block is located in the north of the land, with an area of 6,044 m².
  • Technical Infrastructure Block: The electro-mechanical maintenance building covers an area of 9,202 m², arranged along the southern part of the land with a connection point from Kênh 10 Road (20m width).
  • Future Use Building: An internal sports and exercise yard located in the northwest corner of the land, adjacent to D1 Road (40m width), covering an area of 8,040 m².
  • Flower Garden and Children's Playground Area: Positioned in the middle of the land, accessible from the garden of the main building, covering an area of 5,212 m².
  • Auxiliary Buildings: Includes an emergency vehicle parking area and four security houses at the entrances, covering an area of 176 m².
  • Parking Area and Grass Lawns: Located in the west and south of the land, covering an area of approximately 15,486 m².
