Cases Accepted for Return

Products can be exchanged immediately after customers receive and inspect them to find that the products do not meet the requirements and commitments of MPE.

Products identified with technical faults by MPE technicians will be accepted for return.

Returned products must retain the original packaging, box, foam, and all accompanying accessories, promotional gifts (if any). If the packaging is damaged, torn, or accessories are missing, the customer will have to pay for the packaging, accessories, etc.

Returned products must not have any physical defects (scratches, breaks, dents, yellowing, etc.).

Returned products must come with all accompanying documents such as purchase documents, VAT invoices, warranty cards, user manuals, catalogs, etc. if available.
Cases Not Accepted for Return

Customers want to change to different types or models of products without prior notice.

Products damaged due to improper use, products altered or self-repaired.

Products worn out over time.

Customers do not follow the regulations required to benefit from the warranty (e.g., not sending the warranty card to the specified place within the specified time).

Customers damage the external condition of the product, such as scratches, breaks, etc.

Products that customers have inspected and accepted the external condition but later request returns due to external faults (scratches, dents, yellowing, breaks, etc.).
Return Procedure

Please contact MPE directly through the information on the website www.mpe.com.vn or MPE sales agents nationwide.

After confirming the product's status is accepted for return, the return process will be carried out according to MPE's regulations.

The return procedure is carried out within 10 days (depending on the quantity and type of products) from the date of receiving sufficient information and documents as per MPE's regulations from the customer.
