Warranty Policy

Cases Accepted for Warranty:
  1. Products manufactured and supplied by MPE.

  2. Products with defects belonging to the manufacturer during use.

  3. Products within the warranty period (each product line has a specific warranty period) and still retain the original warranty card and MPE warranty seal on the product.

  4. Products in their original shape, not deformed, broken, not exploded, not short-circuited, not over the specified voltage for each product line, not structurally altered, not damaged by water or chemicals.

Cases Not Accepted for Warranty:
  1. Products damaged by natural disasters or force majeure; fire, flood, lightning, earthquake, etc.

  2. Products damaged due to transportation, incorrect power source, poor electrical connections, dropping, collision, poor storage such as exposure to water, dust, dirt, animals, insects, foreign objects, etc.

  3. Products worn out over time.

  4. Products damaged due to improper use, incorrect voltage, products altered or self-repaired.

Warranty Procedure:
  1. Please contact MPE directly through the information on the website www.mpe.com.vn or MPE sales agents nationwide.

  2. After confirming the product's status is accepted for warranty, the warranty will be carried out according to MPE's regulations.

  3. The warranty procedure is carried out within 15 days from the date of receiving sufficient information and documents as per MPE's regulations from the customer.
